Because all items are handmade to order there are no refunds or returns allowed. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, however, a minimum processing time of 12-14 days is required for all items. For details, see individual items.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

You will need to contact me ASAP BEFORE the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped, if it's your mistake, you will need to repay for shipping BOTH WAYS in those specific situations:

• You entered an incorrect address or made a mistake while entering your address and the item is shipped back to us.

• You entered an incorrect address or made a mistake while entering your address and the item is lost after being shipped.

I am not responsible for lost packages once the package leaves my hands. You will need to contact the shipper (USPS, UPS, Feex, etc.) for help in a resolution.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
