Processing time
Because all items are handmade to order there are no refunds or returns allowed. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, however, a minimum processing time of 12-14 days is required for all items. For details, please see individual items.
I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problem with your order.
I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?
You will need to contact me ASAP BEFORE the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped, if it is your mistake, you will need to pay the additional shipping BOTH WAYS in those specific situations:
- You entered an incorrect address or made a mistake while entering your address and the item is shipped back to us.
You are entirely responsible for the total value of the order if:
- You entered an incorrect address, or made a mistake while entering your address and the item is lost after being shipped.
I am not responsible for lost packages once the package is shipped.
You will need to contact the shipper (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.) for help in a resolution.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
